CHPI briefing on the Care Bill

CHPI | January 15, 2014 | Briefings

This briefing outlines concerns around the Care Bill during its passage through Parliament. These concerns cover three main areas:

  • 15-minute care slots for recipients of home care services;
  • dealing with the failure of a major provider of residential or domiciliary care; and
  • dealing with providers giving false or misleading information to regulators.
