David Hunter is Director of the Centre for Public Policy and Health, School of Medicine, Pharmacy & Health, Wolfson Research Institute for Health & Wellbeing, Durham University, and Deputy Director of Fuse, the Centre for Translational Research in Public Health. David advises WHO on public health and health system reform issues and his Centre was designated a WHO Collaborating Centre on Complex Health Systems Research, Knowledge and Action in March 2014. He is a non executive director on the Board of NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.
